Kill Horns... "He field dressed at...." yet never weighed the thing truly When you share the gross score and someone goes "how many points though?" Pro-Staff (only because of what many whores have turned it into...there are good ones out there) "Can't kill em from the couch" "It's just a doe" When discussing not finding it Pattern - the most overused and misused term...imagine how easy big bucks would be if they exhibited a true pattern, repeating behavior with no change.
Was just talking to my wife about this one...ending a sentence with "Right?". Our other filler words "ya know", "uh". Also ending a sentence with 'so yeah'. Hunting specifically, 'in the pumphouse' & 'BBD'
As a blu collared numbskull, we can just call it “vacation” … please? Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
If we’re talking about hunting related words or phrases, I’ve got to agree with 0317: “Smoked him/her” just makes me grind my teeth. A personal pet peeve of mine isn’t so much a phrase that irks me but a misspelling of the word scrape. I just have to roll my eyes when I see some post about finding a new “scrap”. Scraps are what gets thrown out after a meal. Scrapes are deer sign in the ground.
"It was a little bit future then I wanted" Usually a big buck. It "came in" usually means a bait pile.
Every deer that isn't a monster being thought of as"coming back down" it's crazy rare ( up here at least) to see a buck old enough to be on the decline Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk
“Running “ Example- I am running these new arrows this season or what kind of pack are you running? What do I know… lol
This may get me banned but… “Bowhunt or Die” So many more important things in life when the rubber meets the road I’ll miss you all Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
"I let my bow eat". "Didn't go 20". "I know, right?" All I have time for right now. I'm off to smoke a buck with the new arrows I'm running.
