    FYI...

I am not a fan of baiting but in case anyone was wondering...

I live in Tennessee. Baiting will NOT be legal for 2025. The TWRCommision (governing body of TWRAgency) might not have everything sorted out by 2026 season. We will see. The TWRA also is NOT in support of this decision my sources close to TWRA tell me. The new baiting law will supposedly be modelled after Alabama's law.

I knew of fellow who shot a buck. He further stated it had a piece of apple in its mouth. Wonder where the buck got the apple? Also, guys would tie a cloth bag of salt to the top of a tree limb...out of sight. Rain would create a salt lick under the limb.
