Some of his finest work. I've known Pat for a long time. He's a good dude and I enjoy his take on things. I've never understood why so many people dislike him. One of my good friends hates the guy and he's never even met him.
I don't dislike him it's just when I saw the headline of the article posted on the front page with no byline I instantly knew it was written by him before I even clicked the link that takes you to the article. I am not saying I wouldn't go fishing with him. He is Wisconsin's version of Minnesota's Ron Schara. Kind of a shine.
Pat Durkin must be the real name of Pat McManus? I enjoyed his sense of humor in his books. Growing up in uber small town Idaho, I can relate to a few of them.
