Hey guys. I think its fitting that we are Team 1. We should be able to live up to that and unseat those team4 chumps easy!

Diamond Don for Captain! Anyone second the motion?

No need to state the obvious fact that it's not gonna happen. Especially since you don't have anybody else on your team... or did you just forget to put their names up there? :D

I'll be hunting some behind my folk's house. There's some birds there though not in the numbers there used to be. I did shoot a hen last fall and a tom a few years ago, but the majority of my hunting will be at our farm in the Missouri Ozarks. Lots of birds there.

Missouri's season is 3 weeks and I can kill 2 birds. I have bowhunted them exclusively the past 5 years, though I'll admit I have a hankerin to blow one up with my Super Black Eagle this year, though I doubt I do.

My chances of success are purely dependent on how much time I get to hunt. I am a weekend only kinda guy as I save nearly all of my vacation for the fall.

How about you guys? What's your season looking like so far?

Diamond Don!!!!! Oh Captain, my Captain.

I got some decent odds on some birds. I'll be at it as much as possible. I usually have the camera and call in hand on the weekends and hunt the weekday mornings with Rob before work. Let's get em boys.

He will show up. I'm hunting a few places this year. It looks like my best opportunity ever for spring birds. I have 2 pieces of private land in west Texas. One of them has a great population of birds. The other so-so. I have also been drawn for a hunt,(shotgun only:mad:) at Pat Mayse WMA. I feel pretty good about my chances.

Well fellas, the good news is that I have a property in MD with lots of birds and it is archery only on that land. I don't know how much hunting in PA I'll do with the bow since I'm looking to put the first notch in the 935 I bought last year. If I get a second tag I'll use that with the bow.

    That's Right!!:D

Well going out to the land I'm gonna hunt in a couple of weeks...Never been before so we are gonna scout some good access points...it's 3500+ acres and I was just told by one of my neighbors (Game Warden) That after the season they are taking 400 more turkeys out of the same area i'm hunting because it is over populated...so you know I was glad to hear that! My first year getting gobblers and i'm hunting an area where there are to many turkeys!;)
