I went this evening and saw 11 deer. One was a decent 100-110" 2 1/2 that decided to show up and hang out at 30 yards until wellllll after dark.
Saw one buck an 8 pointer maybe 90" max. Actually had him at 6 yards. Could of easily taken him but passed. Got it all on film which was cool. Back at it in the morning! Sent from my iPhone 5S using Tapatalk

Well I gave it my best in here in NC but I most likely wont have any time left to hunt here, with packing and getting ready for the move. I cant wait to get back to the promised land where we got some real deer running around. Ill still be active on the forum just dont think I will be hunting until I get back home. hope to see some deer hitting the ground soon!

Had some movement this morning but nothing seen. Good thing too because on my climb up the tree my broadhead spun off the arrow I had nocked. Didn't notice until I was halfway through my hunt. Hoping to get back out this evening.
I can't wait to hit the road! I am hunting the same property that Justin hunts just a few hundred yards away! Lots of great deer so really hoping I get a shot at one!
Good luck Ferg! Hopefully you and Justin can both knock down some great bucks. I'm ready to move some cams around tomorrow and try to figure out what the bucks are doing. I'm pretty sure that most of them are bedded along the river eating on willows right now. Just so happens I have some stands right along the river in the willows.

Ill be in wisconsin oct 18 lrobably hunt a few days up in Waupaca county and I'm still doing some house hunting but I really like the areas around delavan just haven't found a house yet. Good luck everyone I got a feeling deer are gonna start dropping for team 7 real soon!
