Cool. I love this old thing. I've had others come and go, but this one stays. I took my first trad kill with it.

My first one was a old kodiak, I mainly used it bow Fishing but got pretty good with it at shooting targets. It ended up getting twisted really bad due to the water and sun. My next one was a Pearson, it’s short and it’s now my bowfishing bow. I decided to get this black widow for hunting. My first kill is a dove lol. I’m gonna try to get a deer with it this year.

Dove is a small target! I've got a '66 Pearson Palomino, but it's a lefty. Picked it up at a yardsale for $5 just to hang on the wall.

That’s awesome! I’d love to decorate my house with old bows and arrows.

How old would y’all say this deer is at the time of the pic? I guessed him at a two year old because he’s long legged, skinny, small neck, and looks like a doe in the face.

I got covered in them last season. Absolutely horrible! I usually spray with permethrin before season, but I had ran out. I finally got them all off, and went directly to get more spray.

We weed eater, raked, and blew all the grass off of it and just put some throw and grow stuff on it. Next year will be bigger and better but I’ve gotta do it before the little spawns of Satan come out!

I sprayed with permethrin before I went down there. My last name is Reese, maybe that could be it... I guess they think I’m just as sweet as the candy but more fulfilling?!

Got some shooting in today after having my bow reserved and tuned up. It has never shot this good since I have owned it and I’m super pumped. Broke a knock at 30 yards and previously had only practiced out to 50 yds. Today I wanted to check my 60 yd pin to see if I was in the ballpark and turns out it was spot on. I had a better group at 60 than I had at 40 last year. Can’t wait to get into the woods. Having trouble changing my profile pic from my phone but will get it done in the morning.

Check camera yesterday not much to report. The camera's where still out from last year and I mainly was just getting an inventory of batteries. Had 2 that died 1-31-18 but 1 was still clicking along. had a nice 8 in velvet and several pics of bucks from last year that where still kicking at the end of Jan. Going to replace cards and batteries next weekend.
