Yes you can! Congrats on another nice buck! I only have until Monday the 12th to get it done. My vacation did not pay off very well mostly due to the insane amount of rain that we received. I don't think there was a day all week long that it didn't rain for at least 4 hours. I will be out all day on Saturday and Monday rain or shine though!
Finally got an opportunity to get a doe and I blew it. I rushed my shot didn't anchor right and my shot hit a twig I didn't see sending my arrow left directly in front of the doe. Got three more days of vacation left so I need to get it done soon. Shawn Mann Up Outdoors Team Nine Tines
Damn that sucks. I hit a branch on my buck and ended up hitting him in the neck. Got lucky and found him. Sent from my LM-V350 using Tapatalk
Yesterday I had 7 deer come by but they were does and button heads. Today all I seen was a doe and a half rack year and a half old. It's suppose to rain all day tomorrow and cold and clear Saturday.
I'm glad it was a complete miss, sucks but I didn't want to wound her. Shawn Mann Up Outdoors Team Nine Tines
So far I've seen a small 8 that I have velvet pics of and a couple does. The wind is brutal making it in the upper 20s. It's slowly warming up with the sun and the high is only 47, but the wind will make it feel colder. It's about 25° cooler than average for this part of GA. These bucks should really start getting crazy after these does soon. It's usually best later in November into the earlier part of December.
Got it done last night on a young 8 pointer, not the smallest buck I have shot but close. It has been 3 years since I shot a buck and it was nice to shoot a buck that would have made me more than happy years ago. I will get some pics taken and measured. I still have a doe tag
Congrats Sota. Shoot what makes you happy. I hope to add a doe to our score some time this week. Im gun hunting this weekend but will switch back to the bow when the temps rise later this week. Sent from my LM-V350 using Tapatalk
Thanks Luke it did make me happy. I am looking forward to processing I must be demented I enjoy gutting and processing.

Congrats Sota and nsuthoff! Sadly I was unable to get it done for the PA regular season. Saw lots of deer and came close twice this weekend but never got to let one fly. My buddies dad lives in a special regulation area around Pittsburgh and has already tagged out for the season so my buddy and myself may head down there this weekend to hunt out of his dads stands. It is all urban style hunting which should make for a pretty big change but we will see how it goes!
Hey men, I first want to apologize for being so quiet on the team thread this year. I have been wide open with work and trying to punch a tag. I've hunted Kentucky, Kansas, and Illinois so far this year and its been a complete debacle. Missed a giant on Kansas public land, shot and wounded a good on Kansas private property, and had my neighbor kill my number 1 Kentucky buck. You guys will see all of that footage on an upcoming episode of Bowhunt or Die. Good luck to you guys, shoot straight.
So Sunday morning I passed on a 2 1/2 year old 10 pointer. Rifle season is starting this Saturday and I’m going to be out there with the bow. Still lots of chasing going on. My target buck has finally showed hisself in daylight but unfortunately I wasn’t there.....story of my life lol. Congratulations to all of you have killed.
I was 10yds from getting a shot at a good buck yesterday evening. He was working a scrape and noticed some does in the distance. Came in to 40yds but that's out of my personal range limit.
I respect the self control and understanding your limits. 40 would be my max and it would have to be perfect conditions for me to release an arrow. Sent from my LM-V350 using Tapatalk
