Man the deer are moving this evening! I counted 15 deer in an hour while workingth7s far! Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
So i took the day off today to hunt after a weekend st the in laws. I ended up going to a local property first but had no luck and left real early. Went out to the public spot with intentions of going in to a ravine off a point. I saw good sign right where i parked and was going it would get better as i went deeper. It started to dry up and i only found one track and some droppings in the ravine. Im trying to stay mobile and hunt smart so i hiked back to where i started, and set up over some trails on oaks with a lot of little signs. The buck came in with a perfect wind, he was never gonna get my wind. He started off moving slowly i drew on him at 30 but he started coming by way so i waited for him to get closer. He ended up moving real fast so i had to stop him at 20, and I was at a funky angle turned to my bad side, first shot hit high and dropped him but i got too follow it up with a good heart shot. Theres a chance a bigger buck would have come through but i wasn't holding out on my first public land deer. Now it's time to hold out for a big one. Junior, did you arrow one? I got a notification that you posted in the scorecard thread but I can't find it. Sent from my SM-G950U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app

It's killing me looking through the scorecard. Not only do I need to shoot a deer but all of the incomplete posts are driving me crazy! No date, no time, no bow in the pic, only one pic. Come on guys. Follow the rules! Great job teammates on your scorecard posts! Just had to vent a little. Sent from my SM-G950U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Exactly and wish they would update the team scores. I do understand that it is a volunteer thing, just would like to know how the teams are doing. Sent from my XT1650 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
It's like that every year. And I've done it too. Forgot the date one time. It's hard to herd cats. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
And this team is right in the thick of things. Let's go Team Juan! Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
I looked at past years and most years we could win (or being in the running) on does if everyone brings in 50 points. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I am sneaking home now for an evening sit! Daytime deer versus car crash numbers are definitely up between yesterday and today! That is usually a good sign for deer activity and pre-rut! It's almost Christmas time boys! And mama wants her present! LOL Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
Do you have access to that type of data??!! That sounds like a super thing to know! Sent from my Pixel 3 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Any way we can get it for our area? Help some teammates out lol Sent from my SM-G950U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Keep my buddy in prayer. I am sitting at the ER while he is headed into the OR. Earlier I received the text that nobody ever wants to get...I fell...I need help. Thankfully I knew where he was at and was able to direct the paramedics to him. They found him about 5 minutes before I arrived. So far it looks like a couple broken ribs and a badly dislocated hip. I had the displeasure of calling and notifying his wife. Not exactly sure yet what happened other than he was hanging his sticks and wasn't wearing his harness. Whenever you go hunting or hanging stands do your family a favor and wear your safety harness!!! Sent from my XT1650 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
