Yep. No problem. Found two ridges connected by a trail. Hot sign on both of them. Like 100s of sets of tracks all over each ridge. White oaks. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Got some history with the biggest buck - this was him last year on a rainy day never came inside 40 & I didn’t want to chance it. He needed another year at that point anyway.
Nice pics! Checked my cameras the other day after putting up a few more in an area I normally reserve for rifle season with my Pops...sorry Dad, i may sneak in early to our rifle spot! Sorry for the crappy pics. Im not sure if that buck has a second main beam or if thats a wild flier kicker....how unique though! A few other visitors in the area too...fisher i can do without, bobcat is new though. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
I posted in the whitetail forum but interested in your opinions as well. What are the best lighted nocks out there? I've never used them and may purchase some. Sent from my SM-G950U using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Im running nockturnals, there bright and all but a pain to turn off, you have to stick a field tip in or use a knife to slide the switch up but if you dont get it exactly right it often will turn itself on at poor times
Drove by a farm with some hardwoods right down the road and saw the big buck with all his buddies milling around, pulled out the binos and saw another good buck that was bedded down, all this about 30 yards off the road (small road) . So bummed i can't get permission on that piece! Gonna try to get permission from a neighboring cattle farm with some hard woods that connect but even then access would be tough Sent from my SM-G930P using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
Have to try to pull them over....sexy slutty doe smell, big boss buck smell....you get the idea LOL Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
I second the nockternals. Just make sure its pulled out (off) all the way or your battery life is done pretty quick. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
I just picked up a pack of the Lumenocks HD Orange. Will let you know what I think after I try them out. Sent from my XT1650 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
If you have the does where you hunt, he will come. If you have a doe bedding area and want to get a shot at him, leave it alone until the time is right. He already knows they are there and he will begin checking on them in 3 to 4 weeks. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Maybe Saturday morning, otherwise busy weekend with family and community activities. Sent from my XT1650 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
