Thanks, one week down and about 5 more to go to get the shoulder and leg brace off. Going to be a long healing process. Hoping she recovers quickly.

Hey guys. Just checking in from IL. I'm glad to be part of the team. I've been bowhunting for 10 years now. I don't have any cameras out right now.....they seem to grow legs and walk off :( May put one out in the next week or two. I'm looking forward to getting to know everybody.

Doesn't look like the temperatures want to cooperate for opening day this Friday. Afternoon temps are around mid 80s and with the humidity it'll feel like mid 90s. I love bowhunting but that's just too damn hot. I'll most likely work Friday and hunt Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. Most of September is looking good though and I simply can't wait!

Thanks! I hunt private land. I'm thinking people with past permission snuck in and took my stuff because they weren't too happy about losing the spot. That and/or nosey neighbors.

Hope you're doing better and good luck to you as well this season! Maybe you could get on the replacement list for another team? Might be worth it if you wanna do the contest this year - PM Fitz.

Welcome Logman! Glad to have you aboard. Hang your cameras about 9 feet off the ground(angled down of course) and use python cables to secure them and locks to lock them shut.

Been stuck in the goose fields all week haha. Heres the damages from Monday and Tuesday. Have got a bunch of does on camera as far as deer goes. Been watching a couple nice 8 points as well as a couple smaller bucks. Should be at least able to get a doe down for the team hopefully a buck as well.

I know what you mean. I am watching more and more hunting shows every night. I have been really busy this week with work and that has helped a lot. Sept. 13th can't get here fast enough. 8 more days and SHOW TIME!

yeah it really sucks that our opening day is Oct 15th. The only thing that will get me through is heading to Co in 2 weeks for elk/muley hunt.

I keep counting down the days as well. It keeps me excited but it also seems like it makes it go slower!
