You aren't too far from me. My daughter is turning 5 in december. I'm hoping to get her out this year too.

Thanks for the nomination. I like Driven2Hunt a lot.

    Hey everybody, checking in!

I live and hunt in central Maryland. I hunt almost exclusively public land and have one private property that I occasionally hunt with a friend. Nothing too exciting on trail cams this year but I've only had them out since July.

The biggest piece of public land I hunt is a watershed and has about 7,000 acres total of bow-only hunting although I only focus on a few specific areas that I know well. I've scouted a little further in this year and will probably try some new stand spots. Plenty of deer are harvested here each year but they can be difficult to find and hunt regularly. The terrain is more like "low mountain country" than rolling farmland and has lots of hills, ravines, rocky and flat terrain and of course the lake.

There's some other smaller public land spots that I'll try this year that I haven't been to. I'll have to do my best with limited in-season scouting since they're totally new to me.

Oh and another vote for Driven2Hunt - good name, not too cheesy :D

Thanks guys and welcome JCraig and Slider46! Down to 5 more that need to check in. Also looks like Driven2Hunt is leading the names. I guess if we dont have any objections in the next couple days, we can go with that. Don't want to wait too long and have some thread snoopers take our name!

Hello fellas, I'm checking in from Texas. My name is Jerry. I head to Wyoming for deer and antelope next week and will hunt through the 10th. I will then spend time hunting a special draw hunt in Texas for three days in Nov and the rest of my season will be in Oklahoma. I'm good with patinthehat and driven2hunt. Looking forward to the season.[IMG][IMG]

So welcome to team Driven2Hunt! Oh and I guess no pressure for me right? Don't want the Team Captain to go goose egg!

Sorry for being late on the Check-in guys..
I'm coming from SW Ohio I've been bow hunting for about 5 years. I just graduated from college last week so this will be my first ever deer season where I won't be competing with school! I hunt on my parents 77 acres and I am working on getting at least one more property to hunt on. Nothing to crazy on the camera's this year so far, a couple decent 8's and a nice 6. Goodluck to all of you and I look forward to getting hear about you all and your seasons.

Mechanicals for me. I shoot the Rage Hypodermic on my Creed and the Rage 2 Blade Extreme on my Z7 Magnum. I have been shooting the Rage broadhead since it hit the market. I tried NAP Killzones last year and they work really well. The Hypodermic is just Awesome to me. If I had to choose one to kill the Buck of a Lifetime, it would be a Hypodermic.
