TC I have a camp in Sheffield and fish and boat at Kinzu Dam all the time. There's some big bucks up your way as well, we killed some hogs around the warren area on state gamelands in years past. I just got home from Elk Co. We put some serious miles on over the weekend I came up with an Elk shed Im super pumped it's my first elk shed and in PA to boot. (Shed #7)

nice shed!! where in Sheffield is your camp. I am working in Sheffield on a job right now. actually in barnes. your right gamelands in my area is great for big bucks due mostly to all the posted land that surrounds them. what gamelands do you guys hunt? I also fish kinzua . walleyes will be hot soon. I only live a few miles from the webs ferry launch.one of the sheds that I posted was from the Sheffield area.

We hunt SGL 86 I believe and some other state land up there Im not sure what it's actually called Tho it's around Sheffield. My camp is right by the post office on six mile rd. Kinzu is a great fishery year round, I love bow fishing up there Huge carp and plenty to go around.

yep, know right where your at. I just seen the trout stocking truck turning on six mile the other day. I know a guy that lives on that road. I hunt 143 and Akeley game lands. people in my area overlook the gamelands because they all pile on the private land thinking that is where the big ones are. have you ever tried up four mile? nice country up there as well. the arnot used to be good but I think it has dried up a bit.

Ya the game lands produce some nice bucks no doubt, I haven't hunted up 4 mile I have fished there often tho. I'll be up camp for trout season with some friends, I always put some miles on for sheds but haven't ever found any. So much land to cover and not sure on the winter patterns. I mainly hunt around home since its a 2.5 hr drive for me.

ok. just found out tonight that the road in the four mile was too bad for the stocking truck to make it up above the bridge so they only got to stock the lower end. some info for your camp incase you guys thought about going there.

Went out to a new spot by the city and found a nice shed. It was prob the most hidden shed I have ever found. Makes 13 sheds for me. I don't know why it posted 4 pics hah I just wanted to put up two.
