I’m back in NY. Can’t say enough bad things about that outfitter. I’m super pissed I didn’t just DIY it myself. My buddy I went with is also not very happy. Whole thing was a garbage experience. I'm out with the grandson today. He's doing his first solo hunt. He begged me for it. I feel he's ready!
Grandson passed on a couple small ones. I'm proud of the boy! I didn't see any. I'll be back out in the morning.
Is our score card up to date? It's hard to keep track of everyone's deer unless I go back over the pages. It seems like we are missing only 1 buck score. Am I right?

So my cameras have been up for nearly 2 months. Now I know right now any straggler buck could come through on a hot doe and I'm really hoping that is what happens. My cams I have 3 10's, 1 is about 130 and the other 2 probably go 115-120. I have 2 8's, 1 I believe is a 4 year old. He's about 20 inches wide, taller, and pretty good mass. Well, a few days ago he broke off his left G3. He was probably close to 130", so now he's probably 123". The other 8 is probably 3 and he's a solid 120". I'll shoot any of these deer if given the opportunity, but I'm really hoping a hot doe brings a big boy in! There's a little cold front moving in on Thursday so I'll be out Thursday evening and Friday morning. I'm figuring those 2 sits and maybe into next week will be my best opportunity to kill one of these bucks.
If i get rained out tomorrow ill hunt noon to dark. If not ill hunt sunday night. Im working on the road and no public close to scout after work. I have potentially 2 buck tags left one in pocket and numerous doe tags.
