You could try calling the processor and running over there if he hasn't started yet.

This dude just started showing up yesterday. If he sticks around I’m going to go give him a shot. [IMG]

Sorry, I should have taken snacks to the stand. I got hungry and he was the third 6 pointer of the day, so Lord said what are you waiting on. I did only what every venison hunter does, pulled the trigger, bagged it and tagged it. Image1761709220.103181.jpg Image1761709229.667958.jpg

You need to add a picture of the measurements and score breakdown.

Don’t kill me my brethren buck hunters. I killed this one at 0801 this morning. It will be 50 extra points, but I wished he was the first. Hunted a different property looking for Does and he came up the draw cutting doe trails. I could pass him up.

I got my doe entered on the score page. I am heading back to my farm this weekend and with the cool temps I am hoping for good things. I am looking for a third doe for the freezer or a large buck. Everything else gets a free pass.

I am the one of the right and the deer in front as well.

Youth season for boys this weekend. This is the first year all three of them will be out, my 8-year-old got comfortable enough with the .243 this year that I bought him a permit. My oldest sits by himself since he passed hunter safety last year, wife will sit with our middle son and I will be out with the youngest.

Best of luck to your kids this weekend!

I think in Illinois this weekend is going to be an awesome time to be in a deer stand. I saw an analysis saying that the 1st and 2nd from 8:30 - 10:30 am will be an ideal time to be in a stand. Deer were really moving on my cameras last night. I have a couple bucks I am eyeing and won't shoot anything small. So here is to a big one coming by!

I’m heading to public this weekend with a bow. Any doe or nice buck is getting an arrow.

Well my week in Missouri was great, seen a few deer and a nice buck yesterday on my last sit. Wasn't able to get a shot off because the buck was a little edgy. Currently broke down in Oklahoma with my front bearing out. Trying to get it fixed on the weekend and head home to central Texas. Hoping to get out soon [IMG][IMG]
