    IMG_2028.PNG I added another bow kill to the count this morning. I made a pretty bad shot and gut shot him. Lucky for me the arrow also hit the aortic artery on the entry side. He ran out to 50 yards and stood for a while and then I watched him lay down. He was dead in short order. Not a huge buck, but one I'm very happy to take here on my home property in Tennessee.

    Things have certainly slowed down a bit for me. I'm still seeing does and spikes but no shooters around there's still a good bit of hunting to be done in my area I've still got a buck tag lingering so maybe I might get lucky an catch a late one.
