    I can hunt until 1-31-24
My deer are moving early morning, about 30 minutes prior to legal shooting times
The temps are forecasted to be near 50° this week…sadly…probably no hunting until after Xmas day for me

I’ve got through 1/1. I’ve got one doe tag left but can buy 4 more if needed which I do plan on getting 1 more.

With temps still fairly warm I plan on taking my boys out 1 or 2 more times. So we’ll see what happens. I don’t need any more meat with 7 in the freezer but I’ve got some people that want meat so we’ll see what happens

I will be out with bow, Xbow, and FLintlock at times. No deer so far this year so, itching to let something fly. I should be able take a doe. Will also go for a any decent legal buck also.

I’m in the tree stand this morning
Camera showed a doe already there as I walked in….
Naturally I bumped her but there will be others

Happy new year guys! My season is officially over, I wrapped it up on Friday by shooting one last doe making it an 8 deer season, with it also being the biggest of the year coming in at 134 lbs dressed.

I hope you all have a safe and fast off-season, and we’ll see you guys right back here for the 2024 contest!

Team - I hunted the late archery several times am and pm. Could have shot two yearlings but, passed as I wanted something a bit bigger. Had a good season but, just could not get it done with a doe or buck. Next year can't come soon enough!

I want to thank all the team members. Love to be on another team with you all in the future...and I hope to delivery on the rain check!
