Hey guys yes i have been hunting. Tonight i had a giant at 40 yards with 3 tines broke off already. I wont take a 40 yard shot anyway. I will be back at it again tomorrow afternoon. Had 3 bucks under my stand tonight fighting and I'm trying to lock onto a new one that just came around. I have had bucks in range every hunt so far, unreal this early.
I have been laying pretty low and haven’t hunted since last Sunday morning. I just pulled up to one of the properties I can hunt and I should be in a stand in about 15 or 20 minutes! I will keep you guys updated. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Guys, I may have made the dumbest, biggest mistake in my bowhunting career tonight. I passed a 170 class buck at 18 yards due to 3 broken tines. I have it all on video. I want to puke but felt like it was the right thing to do at the time. He has the potential to be world class and it just seemed like a shame to shoot him with his left side broken up. He has 7 point on his right side but with break offs 4 points on the left. My stomach is in knots.
Started hunting Saturday October 15th is our start day had 2 big hogs come through at 7:20 am with no shot unfortunately and no deer sightings. Temps were 70 plus could had something to do with it.
