    Damn, just had a 140-150 inch 10 point 5 feet from my shooting lane and he turned left instead of walking through it. He probably smells that doe.

    I've done this multiple times over the years in the rut. Shot a nice doe then sat and waited and bam, a buck shows up and down he goes too. I've had bucks pushing the dead doe trying to get her up. Crazy things go on in the deer woods!
