    Congrats again!

    That Hunt this morning was probably the best honey I’ve ever had not killing a buck I saw 20 deer. Tons of chasing - passed on a tough buck to pass on. Just the kind of discipline I need to show on bucks like that. It’s hard to do but the right call on October 31

    What did I miss? Back from Ky. Couldn't seal the deal on a big one but at least I got some meat on the last morning to bring back. Lots of water swamps and deer in them. Can't wait to go back.     I'm not hunting today. My body needs a break. My heart and head says hunt, but my body says no, plus it's pouring down rain anyways. I might sneak in a morning hunt on Monday but I gotta be back home by 8:30 because of an appointment but the time change gives me almost 2 solid hours and this time of year 2 hours is pretty good.

    Yesterday I had action pretty much all day. I passed on this 8 point that I’ve been watching all year. I was 7 yards from him in this picture.

    I even drew the PSE back on him and let him walk. Just think that he isn’t mature yet. Plus I have a lot of season left and of course 2 weeks of hunting in Kansas.

    Yeah I think killin tree's buck will put us close to 3rd. I'm going to smoke this 10 pointer at some point. He'll slip up in front of me again. I think I'm going to my buddys place this week for a doe and see what's shaking down there.
