My best spot had some logging done this summer, it will definatly help the hunting long term not sure how it will affect them this year. Hoping to move some stands on Saturday, excited the logger said he saw a monster couple of weeks ago. Hope he is right.

Seriously guys...we can't let our thread fall off to page 2...:)

For you whitetail hunting show fans...do many of you follow Bill Winke's midwestwhitetail.com online shows? Always enjoy them this time of year, especially during season to be watching hunts that are only a couple days old and see what deer are doing in areas similar to mine (of course I don't have 190 inch bucks running around like they do). Check it out if you have not watched before...the preseason shows are just beginning...

Which team mate opens up their deer season next?

I'm a huge Midwest Whitetail Fan. I also love Heartland Bowhunter and Hallowed Ground Outdoors. They're production is fantastic and has taking the filming/editing aspect to a whole new level. They are also informative and very motivating. I've gone back and watched almost all the seasons already.

I usually only catch BHOD or other bow hunting videos on youtube. We scaled back and got rid of satellite and regular TV doesn't have any hunting shows.

it costs extra for us to get the outdoor channel, so I watch nbcsports, which is great because it gets deer and deer hunting tv which is the most informative show there is IMO. there also used to be a show on nbcsports network called "battle of the bow" and awesome show that was a lot of fun to watch, my wife and son looked forward to watching it weekly, im sure you can find it on youtube somewhere!

goin good thanks!! and you? I just came in from a good elevated practice session. after march, I only shoot from elevated position, because that's where I hunt from! just ramping it up..16 days to go!! also just saw one of the usual doe and fawn walk through the woodline...

o ya, remember me saying I got that job?? well Saturday the company (that's taking over what our company was doing)
called me around 10 am, and upped the ante, offering me the transportation supervisor position...so I took it!!! been a crazy 6 weeks that's for sure! more money better hours...and now being able to finally hunt weeknights!!!
