Nice on the gear. What kind of lighted nocks did you get?

I went with nockturnals..I've heard a few bad things about them, but I'm only going to be using them on my hunting arrows, and the didn't have any lumenoks that fit my Easton bloodlines left in stock!

Ok. I'm thinking about lighted nocks next year. Let me know how you like them. What arrows do you use for hunting

I use Easton bloodline arrows. 330 grain. I know theres better, but these work great, and I have a hard time justifying to myself paying 90$ for a half dozen arrows

I agree. That's why I'm using Cabela's arrows. I believe that they are built by Easton.

up until 2 seasons ago, I was using aluminum Easton 2018 game getters....got the job done just fine! last year was my first year using a release and a "modern" compound bow. before that I was using a PSE vector from the early 80's...I only switched because the limbs were cracking. of course im never looking back now...lol

My name is Jeff I'll be 39 in October been bowhunting for 4 year I've killed a couple with my bow but most the time I just play chase with the deer around the mountains but I prefer hunting the mountains. Been shooting a lot of 3d this year an definitely have improved my shot. Don't get many big deer on camera but do know they pass thru here on a regular basis. I just got to get lucky an be in the right stand at the right time. Got a few bears on camera too so don't be surprised if I post a bear pic cause that's one critter that's on my bucket list

Thanks I'll do my best to put some points on the board. Season starts here next Saturday Sept 7th but if it don't cool off I won't start till Oct. I hunt all year with a bow so you don't have to worry about me filling tags with a rifle. We get 2 buck an 4 doe tags here
