Nice finds guys! I scored today as well! I found one side to the buck I named "Two Towers". He's one of the two that I most wanted to find sheds from.
Great job guys! I got out for about an hour today with no luck. I'm sure they're there but there is a lot of snow.
Looks like we're keeping up with most of the teams so far and ahead of several. Team 7 is outrunning about everyone by the looks of it. I didn't check all the team threads though.
Nice work. I'll be out this weekend no matter the weather. Getting cooped up. Still have a lot of snow though. I'm afraid most in my area are probably living near the standing corn buffet that is a couple miles away. No permission to hunt that. Time will tell.
I still haven't heard back on a replacement so I don't know what is going on there. I think I have the counts correct but if I am missing something, let me know.
Hey gentlemen, it looks like a lot of you are already finding em! I went out this past weekend but searched for a short time. Snow was up to my knees and I just gave up. At this point im waiting for the snow to melt...
I lied. I didn't get out this weekend. Way too cold. Next couple weeks looks like some decent weather again. Decent as not below zero.
I found another one the other day but have yet to get it to download off my phone for some reason....will get it sooner or later I guess.
Got you down for a third Covey. Not sure when the next time I will get out; possibly Thursday after work as I am gone all weekend. Snow needs to melt before I hit my spot again. Snow goose hunting is on the horizon as well so we'll see what the next couple of weekends brings.
Well what little hope I had of going in the next day or so is gone! We had a predicted 1-2" of snow yesterday. Well, we have an official weather station here at work at we recorded 7.4"...
We are getting some light stuff this evening but we've been pretty decent here the last two days....have not been out shed hunting though, lol. I've taken a short lived liking to being lazy here at the end of winter...over the last two weeks while it was so cold. Going to have to face reality here pretty soon and get back to work.
This is the pics for that last antler I found. Been laid up with a stomach bug the last two days but getting over it now and will be back out on the hunt soon.
