Names I recognize, but guys I don't know so well. But that's what this is all about. Ryan from PA, but I have buck tags for Idaho, Ohio & PA. Realistic contributions from me can be 120-150, but probably more towards the lower end. I will whack some does, so that'll be 50 pts. Look forward to getting to know you guys better and putting some inches on the scorecard here.
RDHunter checking in , I'll be doing most of my hunting in lower southeastern Michigan. I also have a buck tag for Ohio ( Adams County ) a five day hunting trip is planed for the 10 / 26th thru the 11 / 1st., should be some good hunting this season.
Dan, It's one of the stages (larval I guess?) of a cicada before it turns into one. The crawl up out of the groud to a tree, sit there & then they split open & the adult cicada comes out. I saw this one on a tree in my yard & took a close up pic. I thought it was really neat/weird looking. RD, we are half way there. Good luck this fall.
Thanks buckeye , I heard most of the deer around there are scoring around 150 to 170 class or better , I'm looking forward to it.
I'm here fellas Totally missed the thread last night. . . What's crackin' rybo :d RD & mazur, pleasure to meet ya. I'm hunting in the OH only this year, and I'm thinking we have just as good a chance as any team here :d
Glad to have you with us Josh/OH What part of Ohio are you in ? rybo , mazur1 and Josh ... do we have to come up with a team name and all that other stuff ?
Yea Dan ... Your right , it's an owl pellet. Found it when I was scouting for turkey sign this last spring season. As you can see there are bones of a small bird , I didn't know they ate other birds.
