Well I put up another stand today that is in a completely new location to me. So I'll have two locations that I can hunt on.

I agree the avatar is sweet, nice on locking down a new spot are you the only one hunting the spot at the duck club?

I'm from Tomahawk Wisconsin which is right on the edge of what you'd call Northern Wisconsin.

 

Well Guys I spent the better part of my day in the woods. It was really nice (except for the squitos). I got my new stand put up on come nice public land and met a fellow hunter who gave me a brief insight of who hunts the land and where, which I thought was very helpful. I also went out blackberry picking with the woman which was relaxing. The bugs were crappy but aside from that we got an ice cream pail full of blackberries. On a side note you wouldn't believe what I saw sneak up to us! I saw a yearling black bear come from the brush. As soon as he seen me he did a 180 and hightailed it out of there! I got to be honest I didn't see him all that well so was a little nervous about Mama in the area but luckily there was only one bear. Other than that I'm waiting on the shop to call when my arrows are done.
