Just arrowed a bobcat. There ought to be bonus points for predators.

Awesome! I've shot a few of those with my bow. Did you see any deer tonight?

We've gotten a fair amount of rain in the last few weeks so the ag fields are starting to green up. That causes a shift in patterns and behavior.

I drove in past a green grain field that had a half dozen deer in it. Didn't see any in the area I just put up a new stand closer to bedding. The bobcat was a nice consolation prize. He ran off into the thick stuff growling so I didn't bother to try to recover him by walking deep into the bedding area.

No special requirements to kill any predators here ... anything from coyotes to lions are fair game.

This is like our 6th wettest year on record and we are due for 3-4 inches of rain tonight and tomorrow. I'm tired of rain. Seems like we get hammered every week.

Well you guys must have been keeping it all up there and not letting it come down our way. It's been very dry so the little bit of rain that we've had in the last few weeks has been an answer to prayers.

We're getting at least 2 inches a week right now. It's crazy. This spring we got way more. Caused the river by my house to smash every record and flooded many homes and towns.

I agree! It’s nice having a good team that contributes. Some years that doesn’t happen. This is fun. I don’t know how many points typically win but I bet it needs to be more than 1000.

No way. That was a very exceptional year for that team. 1100 is about normal.
