Actually I also sent another email yesterday evening.

Sometimes the problems with sending emails, especially with folks who have been a member for a long time is that they change emails but forget to update their contact email on the forums.

GeminiRidge has only been a member for a couple of years, but that could still be the case.

Another potential problem is that a lot of people create a yahoo or gmail account just to join the forums because they don’t want to use their primary email account and then end up forgetting all about that account.

I wish there were more I could do for you guys.

Gemimi's last post sounded like he was going to be supper busy right up to Xmas. Hope he checks in and sees all the messages about his score.

I'm aliiiiiiiive!!!!! Bone head got it right. I've been super busy either at work ( at a prison so limited access to computer/no access to phone). If I'm not at work I've been in the woods and don't have reception where I hunt. Wisco had firearms season and now it's muzzleloader. We can use a lesser weapon to fill that tag and I've had a few true wall hangers running around that I was after. I'm also a guy who hangs his deer for three to four weeks. I literally just diced him up on Friday with the rest of the critters the brothers and dad filled with the rifle. A walk in cooler is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend getting one. I also never score my deer so I want to make sure I take my time and do it right. I'm guessing 100 inches so not a giant by any means.

I would never let you guys down!!! Team 8 for life! I really love this site but just don't get to check it as much as I would like. I will get it posted up very soon and I've got all the pictures covered. I still plan on getting a doe as I like having two in the freezer and 50 points for Team 8.

Thanks for checking in Gemini. I was hoping that it was just the chaos we call life sometimes keeping you away. We are here to help if you have any questions on scoring your buck.

We sure could use another doe or two to pad team 8's current score.

There is still hunting to be done.

That's the same thing my wife says when I don't get in until an hour or two after dark. Honey, you can't leave the stand with deer close to you. In early, Out L8 right!

In my house we call that dark thirty!

That's any time between 1 and 3 hours after dark.

Well guys I have hurt my right shoulder and may be down for a week. I was working in the garage cleaning and organizing stuff when I decided I needed to get the snow plow ready to go for winter. I was moving the hydraulic lift unit which weighs about 150 lbs and heard my shoulder pop when I put it up on the front of the tractor. Didn't think much of it until this morning. I have had problems with this shoulder that goes all the way back to the days I played football and wrestled in high school.

    Getting old sucks!

Sorry to hear that. That will sure make pulling a bow back near impossible. I was in a car accident in January of 2008 when I got T-Boned from a guy running a red light at 55 mph. Needless to say, it destroyed my left shoulder and I had to give up the bow because the pain is just too unbearable. I hope that it is something that can heal quickly but you're absolutely correct. Getting old sucks!

Dusty not sure if you know that you can enter your second buck in place of a doe. They just give you 50 points for it. If you got the two picks needed you could get us 50 more with it. I think lady forge and another guy has entered 2 bucks.
BTW.. Congrats on a great season.
