Working from the cell phone for the next couple days. Going to get in the stand for the next 3 days hopefully. I hope the 2 big ones I seen last weekend are still around. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Shot him yesterday at 1pm and recovered him this morning. Missed him Wednesday at 4 and got a 2nd chance yesterday. I put a terrible shot on him but he is mine! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Couldnt post in the groupme app but congrats man! He is an awesome buck. Pumped it worked out for you, cant wait to here what it scored
Low. I quickly taped him at 153. He has 24 inch main beams and 19.5 inch spread. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
Headed out tomorrow afternoon for my first sit of the year. Just gonna hunker down on the ground in some cover on a saddle. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
And with my luck. I shot this scrub at 355pm. And decided to sit for the rest of the evening in hopes to stick a doe which never came.... I had a 130+ buck go by at about 5pm. At 5 yds at that... No hunting tomorrow in WV and rifle season starts Monday. I leave for a fishing trip tomorrow so I wanted to get some meat in the freezer. ARGH!!!!! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
I'll be back at it again tomorrow. My index finger is getting the itch. May have to let an arrow fly on the first mature deer I see. lol!
This doesn't help us but I shot this 7 yr old "Big Forky" Saturday morning. I used my muzzleloader to get him. 17 1/2" inside spread. 102" score. Very unique and 5 years of pictures of him.
Hunted today in a t-shirt with a record high of 76 degrees. Rattled in a buck at 3:30. At 5:00 I saw a big bodied buck tending a doe. No sign of any cold weather anytime in the immediate future. Looks like I am going to have to go after them harder late season. Fingers crossed we have some winter like weather!
