Old hell…he’s probably building a walk in cooler so he can hang is normal dozen doe Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I ripped open my hand trying to climb over a barbed wire fence in the dark. Had to locate an urgent care facility here in Kansas and got 10 stitches to close it. It is on my release hand so I'm hoping I can draw my bow if I have to. Not seeing any nice bucks during the day but I'm getting some nice ones on camera at night.
What kinda release you use. If wrist style I’m worried that may cause some issues… if thumb style hopefully it’s not too painful Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Unfortunately, it's a wrist strap style release. I strapped it on my wrist and put some tension on it and it puts pressure on the cut but I think I should be able to draw my bow. The only thing is, is that it might pull some stitches out if I do.
I wish. I'm having one of the crappiest seasons I've had in years. I guess it's okay though. You can't be successful all the time.
Took time to be in a stand for 4 days straight. Had a close call tonight and jumped a good one the other day. Other than that it seemed a little slow here. Gun season starts next week but I don’t get into that season. May get back in late season if I can. Good luck if your still after them!
Hunted Saturday and saw 4. Only spike with in bow range. Other deer seen looked like fawns but too much brush to tell for sure. Will be out Friday and Saturday for gun season with he kids. Trying to get my middle 2 kids their first deer.
