You have to search the "channels", I wasn't sure how to start a group without having any contacts

Okay I got it. By the looks of it it looks pretty cool and easy to use.

The contacts are pin based to keep phone numbers private. Once everybody gets the app installed you can hit me up with a contact request.

    My pin is: 5572E141

Once we all get connected, we can start the group chat.

The channel that is already started will also work. It's just open to the public.

I'll try the app out and see if csn figure it out ha. Either way doesnt matter to me if thats what everyone wants to use or phone numbers. I'll go with the popular choice.

I think it would be easier to go ahead and try the phone number group message and if it doesn't work then we go ahead and get the app as our 2nd option.

Then again, simply sticking with our thread here would be easier yet.

I have little to no preference and will defer to popular opinion and/or the wisdom of our fearless leader. Lol

Haha, yes you are right. I did have many "easy" opportunities of shooting a doe during season last year and had just as many things happen that prevented a shot. What I should have said is that I am hunting a new land with many more deer in it than I was hunting last year. Hopefully I won't be chocking on my words this season!

BTW, my name is Bob and I have only been a bowhunter for the last few years. Last year was the first time I was able to dedicate myself a bit more, since my young kids are a little older now, which means I can be away a bit more. This year I have received permission to hunt on private land with a ton of deer and some nice looking bucks. upload_2017-8-16_19-15-43.png upload_2017-8-16_19-15-43.png

They may not be huge compared to what you guys see in Ag country, but here in Northwest GA these are shooters. I think they are both only two years old, but I am going to have a hard time passing them up...

The only two bucks I have but I haven't been hunting for too long. Also, the first few years I hunted was on public land that had heavy pressure and from ground blinds.

And the bad thing is I'm still in high school so it's gonna be hard to beat those 4 deer when I'm older.

I wish I would have discovered bowhunting when I was in high school. I only found it 3 years ago when I was 40. I would have loved to have had 20 plus more years in the woods.

We are in the same boat. My son got me into it, I am working on 47! I don't have anything on the wall yet,but hope that changes this year. I will check into the app you guys are talking about, but my phone blows up all day with work, so I am not too keen on a group text type situation. Sorry if that is a problem?
