I am so sorry to hear of your circumstances. Prayers for you and your state.

I'm looking forward to seeing the country come together to help Texas as we have all done in the past when tragedy strikes

Man that's horrible. Times like these it's hard to keep a positive outlook but just keep your head up, things can be replaced. I wish that I had the vacation time, I would absolutely love to fly down and help in any way that I possibly could. Stay safe bud

Got my stands hung yesterday. I've finally realized it's much easier and safer when I have my 15 year old help me out. Our season opens in 2 weeks. Can't wait.

Just got some really disappointing news. I was given permission to hunt this new area of private land and now it looks like they are taking away permission so they can lease the land out to another hunter. Months of scouting are totally wasted and all I have access to now is public land. Pretty bummed because I had some nice bucks on trailcam.

I was able to get into my house and check out the damages. All my hunting gear is fine. The water wasn't as bad as expected. Got 2 feet which was just under the top of the tote I use to put all my stuff in. I probably won't get out in the woods as much as I was planning bit I will be able to get out. Now I get to demolish my walls and flooring and starting reconstruction.
