I went out walking yesterday mostly to do some scouting. There is too much snow here in MI yet but it is melting as we speak. We are suppose to get a high temp of 47 this weekend!! I found a ton of beds yesterday so those are spots I plan on going back to once the snow melts. What are good places to look for sheds? Where do you guys find most of yours?

Teejay finds most of his at Cabelas. :) Sadly they won't let him take them home. LOL

Seriously... looking in feeding area and places they stage up or mill around browsing. Bedding area also. Check trails leading to these places.

    Thanks.

I scored the bigger shed and keeping the spreads average and the other side equal, I came up with MY theory that he'd be about 153" lol. I'm gonna real get after it to find the matching side. I think I had an encounter with this buck this past November.

I've got alot more ground to hunt, only walked a small chunk of it to find these two. I had planned on doing it this week but last night I came down on another guys foot playing basketball and doc said I tore it up real bad, so Im gimped up on crutches for a while! Don't know when I'll get out again.
