If I only had one week to hunt whitetails here in Pa, I would choose the last week of October. I used to think the first week of November was best, but over the years I learned that bucks are often in lock-down during that time, making them less visible. The last week of October has them chasing/seeking, making them more vulnerable to one of my arrows. This is strictly my opinion.

I’ve got the truck packed and I’m headed 6 hours north to scout and check cameras. Season can’t get here fast enough.

That would be awesome, but with my luck, I’ve probably got 2000 pictures of a tree limb.

9/13 in Wisconsin. My son and I already have the trip to the cabin planned. Bows are already tuned up and locked in. Stands are picked. Just have to plan meals.

Sometimes when I check a cam it'll have an unusually high number of pics on it, and it's either deer spending a lot of time in front of the cam, or the results of a very windy day. It can be frustrating! I'll be checking cams tomorrow.

Same. Sometimes I’ve been a part of groups that will do a GroupMe chat. Kind of make the forum go dead but it does generate a lot of good conversations. But if we keep checking in on here I think that should go good. Makes it more fun.

Went from a 275 gallon tote in three hours to 5 minutes. Still won’t let me upload pics but if you click on them do they work?

    No, your pics aren't showing.

Edit: I can view them now. I wasn't clicking them properly. My bad.

Looks like you're putting in a lot of work!

And we have germination. Put down about 750 gallons today. This makes about 1200 total. It’ll let me insert this photo but none others. This is on the 16 acres behind my house. There’s 80 across the road that hunt and part of it is soybeans. Years past, their combine is too big and they leave some beans around the outside.
