    Well I got it done this morning... With the shot gun... Roosted him last night and had a good plan. I had a buddy coming with me and my blind just isn't big enough for 2 guys so I opted for the 12ga... Text book deep woods turkey hunt, wish it was on film! 18-3lbs 7 1/2" beard one inch spurs. Not the biggest but best that I've had a chance at this year! One more tag for the bow to fill!

    Nice bird!

    I've had lots of opportunities, just haven't been able to capture it on film by myself :D Spot and stalk hunts on film aren't easy :D

    Good job everyone. Sorry I been non-existent lately. My new job and bear season have been keeping me stupid busy. But, we were able to get my wife her first turkey today! I absolutely could not be more proud of her. I sweet talked him into 15 yards and she absolutely hammered him!

    Not sure what my future will hold in terms on turkeys this season. The snow is coming off and the backcountry is calling!
