Team 7 Final Draw official Thread Here we are teammates. I really like the looks of this team. Team 7: Rut Junkie OHbowhunter peakrut Lady Forge NY/Al bloodcrick Rutnut DrAndy All checked in!
Good to see you as well bloodcrick and peakrut. For those of you that dont know me, which seems to be almost everyone here, My name is Joe and I hunt here in northeast Ohio. I have been hunting since I was 13 years old (I'm 29 now)but have been into archery for only a few years. Between my 3 properties, I will have about 1000 acres to hunt this year, 1 property of which I have never hunted on.
Glad to be on the team Joe and Peak, as well as everyone else Im Dan, my friends call me Dink, im 44 and married wite three kids. I have been bow hunting 30 plus years. I will be hunting on my 800 acre lease as well as a 325 acre lease i just picked up a couple of weeks ago that i have not hunted yet. It looks killer from what i have seen of it
Alrighty boys and girl, time for my formal introduction. Name is Al Vongunden from western NY. I routinely see big bucks through out the summer but so far have failed to nail down a real nice buck, hopefully this is the year! Im 20 years old and currently in college, but have a job opportunity knockin on the door, i'll know more in a week or two. I'll be leaving for canada on friday to hunt bears in northern ontario, pretty pumped about that! Furthermore, I enjoy long walks on the beach and sherbert ice-cream. Looking foreward to getting to know all of ya!
lol Nice! Looks like we have 4 more that need to check in. Does anyone have an idear for a name, and good with avatars?
stole this from one of my prior turkey hunting teams from the other sight, a couple years back. (Huntin buddies) ???
I am on my blackberry checking my cam right now and can't post pics, but I am more pumped about this deer season then I ever have been. Consider this a teaser. Pics to come when I get home.
Not completely. Last year there was a perfectly typical 10 point pushing 150" in that exact spot I had this cam set up. From what we hear, he made it through the season. There was also a "rob" buck in this area but he was much smaller. If it is the 10 pointer, he may have got an injury some time between the times we saw him and now. If it was the "rob" buck, he has put on some serious size. Btw there are about 6 other people that I have to share this 500 acre piece with. As of now noone knows about him, but the tenant is a good friend along with one of the other hunters so it will be hard to keep quiet about him. They know this corner of the property had a good buck in it last year.
