He he... that's a good one. Combination of things buddy... One, I guess I'm slowing down after doing the bowhunting forum thing hard since about 1994 or so (you can't IMAGINE how many times I've seen the same question(s) asked, LOL). But mainly, it's because my two boys are getting big enough to really start having some fun with... My oldest is trying to wrap up his second American Karate Association state championship, and my youngest is on the go constantly wanting me to take him fishing or play ball with him or whatever he's in the mood for at the present time. Couple that with I took a very demanding position in medical capital equipment sales selling chemistry/immunoassay systems which are a hospital laboratory's biggest capital spend, and I spend a lot of time not only in sales calls but entertaining clients... Yes, still hunting a lot of public land but got access to some very prime land this year as well, so we'll see how that works out. And there's a couple on the hit list already... And my boys can't WAIT 'til trapping season rolls around! :D Oh... I've had a couple feature articles published by Petersen's Bowhunting here lately... my elk story is in the Sept. issue (currently on newstands), and I've got a feature about supportive, non-hunting bowhunting wives coming out in next month's issue.

I am in! Sorry I am a little late to check in. I was out of town the past several days. Can't wait to get it started Oct. 1st here in Northern Illinois.
