I just threw a thread out on the forums to look for Atlasman. Hopefully, someone will send him a message on Facebook, or by text.
I’m in agreement with fletch as capt(if he wants to and atlas doesn’t) or vice versa. Fletched warriors is good too
Sounds like fletch is capt. Fletched warriors sounds good to me too. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Fletch as captain and fletched warriors sounds like a winning team Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums

Hey guys...........we don't start here in NY until Oct 1st so I always forget most places get rolling before me. I have 350 acres in as good an area as you will find in NY with legit potential for a big boy and plenty of decent bucks as well. We have about 6 acres of turnips, sugar beets, radishes, clover, chicory, butternut squash, buckwheat, and lots and lots of acorns in our woods. At home I have 28 acres with a few small food plots of the same mixtures. I have been in the contest since day one on the old site...........fletch is as good a capt as you will find on these boards and not because he has killed some monsters. He's just a good dude. If I don't score for the team it won't be from a lack of trying I promise you guys that. Good luck to all and let's have some fun.
I am good with what ever name and team captain you guys pick. I am putting in some long hours at work to finish some projects to free up hunting time for this year so I may not post much in the next two weeks. Dave
In all the years I have been around, I have never been captain and certainly don't need to start now. IF nobody else has the desire, I will do it, but it would not hurt my feelings one bit for someone else to step up and take the job. I like the mix of our team and hope that everyone can stay involved with the thread throughout. Even if you don't have time to hunt, tell us what you are up to and what you are hearing about deer movement in your area. It makes the contest a lot more fun when everyone participates as much as possible. I have been guilty myself of getting busy and abandoning ship mid-contest. It happens. Glad to know you still exist Atlas. Sounds like you may have some good back-strap recipes!
My goal this year is to kill a bear. That a beast you got on camera Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Honestly till about the end of October my focus is going to be more on getting a bear than a deer. I had a chance at taking a shot at one last year but I ranged him at 68.. wasn’t chancing it.
John That is a really nice 8 pt. I hope you get a shot at him. Sent from my Moto Z (2) using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
