I'll have some trail cam pics eventually, but might not be until the hero shots.

I wish I was close enough and had enough land to scout. I'd love to name amd seek a target buck

 

Sure hope this guy makes a mistake and walks by in the day light

 

Haven't had anything worth shooting in cams on my one property and some real dandies on my one up north but I haven't checked any in over a month so let's hope there's so big ones that showed up and have stayed!

21 days until the option to hit the woods is here. Just sold my bow and everything with it sans the quiver and release. Fogured since I can't use it might as well offload it before it ages another year.

See how my shoulder progresses through the Spring and I'll go from there. May need to step down to a 50-60 lb. pull. Getting old sucks, and I'm only 41

Should have a pretty good cold snap east of the Mississppi around the 18th, just hope we can get something similar after Oct. 1st.

Does everyone else think this is the same buck?

 

Yeah, already bought it a month ago, got my crossbow permit granted last Monday so I'll be out after 10/1 when the weather cooperates.

I had planned on buying a new bow next year anyway, decided yesterday at 9am to sell it and gave it to the new owner at 6am this morning. A lot of hunters here at work.

Angles can certainly be deceiving Mike but I would guess 2 different deer. I am sometimes wrong though. LOL In the tree tomorrow morning boys!! Good luck to all this season, I hope a booner walks down all of your 20yd runways!!

Anyone have anyluck I saw one doe and there is nothing but small buck and does on camera.

 

If anyone wants to text this hunting season in box me--ill swap numbers. When things get slow and I am exhausted it helps to push me forward.
