Just got another farm locked down to hunt! Good news! QDM has been practiced for 10+ years and they only gun hunt it. Bad news. Very large predator population. Going out tonight for the first night hunt for coyotes and fox on the property!
It won't this weekend, after that it will agaib. Probably see temps near 70 again Christmas week, unreal weather but with such a strong El Nino it's to be expected, at least through mid-January.
Heading out Fri and Saturday afternoons. First time I can hunt an afternoon in awhile. I just enjoy hunting the afternoons a whole lot more.
Well boys I officially let you down this year. No deer for me. Missed a stud last week. You'll get to see it on an episode of Bowhunt or Die I'm sure. First year ever I think that I haven't shot anything with my bow. Oh well, had a lot of fun and 2016 is a new clean slate! Good luck to everyone still hunting and for everyone in 2016!!

Haven't been around here much, last hunted with the bow back in mid Nov. And last hunt was Nov. 20 during firearm. Uncle was diagnosed with cancer so wasn't much in the spirit. Add in work closing up for the Christmas to New Years week+ and wasn't in the cards. Good new is Uncle had surgery this past Friday and they were able to get it all without having to do the extensive procedure they were anticipating. He's recovering well and doing good. Hopefully it stays the course and no surprises. Season ends here sunset Sunday, I'm going to give it a shot Friday and Saturday in hopes of putting another one on the ground before the option goes away. As long as nothing changes over the next few days hoping to put another 50 up
Good effort this year guys. I had a lot of fun going for it with you guys doing the same. A few breaks here or there and we would have been right in the thick of it. On to fall 2016!
Hey guys i wasn't on much this year due to a lot of stuff going on but i did manage to shoot this buck this year just didn't have time to getting around to posting it. I shot it on November 14th in bow season here in MA and my friend ended up getting one the same morning. total score is 86inch so it won't help us win but hey at least I was able to put some points up there.
