I found hair and blood splatter where the arrow hit her but no blood after that walked zig zags for 2.5 hours now I enlisted the help of a couple friends but this clear cut timber she ran into is so thick I'll have to step on her to find her going to keep looking until noon
No luck finding her I got back in a different stand I set a few weeks ago maybe I'll have better luck tonight
Well, had a major setback today. Cut my thumb at work over the weekend and had to take a drug test today. Somehow the urine cup quick test came back as a fail. So they have to send it to a lab to be analyzed. I'm 125% confident it is wrong, but wasn't sure why it would trigger a false reading. Take a few prescriptions for blood pressure, acid reflux and my torn rotator cuff so hoping that set things off on the litmus strip or whatever is used. Been researching all afternoon, seems a lot of what I am taking can throw false positives so once analyzed I should be good. Not sure how accurate those piss cups are. Regardless, right now I'm pretty much jobless pending the lab results and whatever other objections I have. I'll still be out in the deer woods this fall either way, but just throwing a heads up if I disappear for a short time. Should have the results by weeks end and hope to be working again this weekend.
False positives are common in urine and chemical tests. Get a blood test. Cls if you need anything hunting wise I have extra stuff. Let me know.
Thanks for the offer, have everything and then some. I hope anyway I'll do blood and or hair if given the opportunity. Not worried at all about that, on my end anyway. Mainly just not sure what to expect, have had a few job related drug tests and never once failed and now this. I just have a hard time trusting things I guess, so I always go negative with thinking. If somehow worse comes to worse I'm going to shut off nonessentials first. I'm confident it will be much ado about nothing. Said I failed the methamphetamine and THC strips. Never done meth in my life and haven't smoked weed in 20 plus years. But again, I don't trust today's world
Ok guys , I remebered to take 2 pictures this time . Got in stand and setteled by 0540 , saw 13 doe's by 900 , killed 1 ...saws 2 more doe's in the evening sit ..24 yards , passed both of them ...
I know the feeling about blood test like that ..I was assaulted in 1998 shattered my right cheek bone , nose , right eye socket , to get the bleeding stopped the hospital injected Cocaine in it , but never told me of that ,, I found out when my goverment job had employees do randam drug testing and came up hot for it .... I freaked out ,I don't even drink alcohol more less drugs. I had to go to the hospital and get a letter from the Cheif of Staff saying they had injected me with it to stop my bleeding from injury ....

Dth...awesome! Great pics as well man. Cls....who is reading the urine test? Nurse...doctor....some randomn person. Hell we had a detective charge a guy with possession of cocaine after using a chemical test...test came back positive for cocaine but after a more thorough lab analysis it was determined to be a false positive...not coke.
This was just the quick piss cup test, was just the nurse who did it. Had a few columns, as it sat each column should have had 2 lines show up. Last 2 only produced 1 line so it was a non-negative result. Been doing research, 3 meds ibuprofen/advil and 1 for acid reflux can trigger false positives for THC, the other acod reflux one I take can trigger methamphetamines. Other than a slight hangover, I'm feeling better about it today. It just threw me for a loop initially, work has said they will pay me for missed time.
