Well, officially got word I won't be hunting the land I live on in MA as I have to move. Can't afford the rent increase but such is life. I still have the cabin in NH and my KS hunt.
It is really hard to believe i can deer hunt in a little over 2 weeks ... I can't wait ... Who is hunting now?
Season starts on Saturday. Going to watch a cut cornfield tonight and finish getting things ready tomorrow. Can't wait to sit in a tree.
Ct . starts Saturday. getting deer on the cam. at 8:00 am and noon hunting state land so may get screwed by other hunters.
Hey the fashionably late guy is here, the party can start eh? Hey guys haven't read through the thread yet but I will, Fitz just assigned me, so I figured I would check in. Not sure if you guys did any intros but I'm Kyle, from Vermont, and our deer heard is marginal at best, so dont expect any pope and young points, I will however hopefully be good for a doe and or a little buck here for our archery season starting Oct. 1. I also will be hunting Buffalo county Wisconsin for a week (Nov. 5th-9th) so I possibly will be able to produce a little for the team out there! there may also be some Ohio public land hunts in the works, and possibly a late season Kentucky trip with a buddy. Opening day is tomorrow in NH. I'll be sitting in class from 8:30 to 5. I'm going to work remotely Thursday and Friday this upcoming week and will hunt at the cabin. I have meat on my mind.
Don't give up on us Tony! Maybe are team name should of been "Slow Start" Just need someone to draw first blood. Once we get rollin were goin to the top! Even if it means i have to shoot a 200 incher to put us there
