    Yeah that idea was one I had, as well as maybe a bloody fletching infront of a sunrise...or broadhead may look sweet. I'll just say to have fun with it and see what happens.

    Here's one I cooked up, nothing fancy but sometimes I think the stuff teams use is far to flashy and loud.

    silhouette hero shot and each team member's name would be included.

    Maybe tone down the red around the name though, to me it tends to focus the attention there?

    I have one made for everyone at work computer but went home sick today. At the latest I will get everyone one monday...although I may go in this weekend to work so could be earlier.
