I'm happy now too! Food plots are looking good. Bucks are showing more interest in the mock scrapes. Surprised the smaller buck is getting hard horned before the bigger one. Both look like young deer though. WGI_2586.JPG

13th in Wis. I'll be hunting if a good buck is moving in daylight.

You still use the bowhunting.com forums app? I have the same issue with using any numbers and creating these weird parenthesized emoji codes. I wish they just updated the app. Their web-based browser is terrible. In fact, I found that those emoji codes still occur on the web-based platform on the phone.

Yeah I don’t understand why it keeps happening. I haven’t used it in a few years and now that I came back it’s been like this. What happen?

Stopped by the local archery shop this morning to pick up some new arrows, lighted nocks and broadheads. Got every thing lined out and practiced for about an hour. The gear is ready to hunt and so am I!

They killed the app entirely per @Justin last year. If you delete it from you phone and attempt to find it to download again, it will not be there. They may not have had resources to maintain it. So now the expectation is to use the web-based platform which is not very mobile friendly, in my opinion. None-the-less, the emoji codes seem to be a new issue. I'd assume some type of update in our phone operating systems that don't jive well with the forum code. It likely needs to be debugged, or patched. I am not sure the bowhunting.com team will be working on that anytime soon.

Wow I'm impressed! Must be a good-sized farm to have that many big mature bucks.

It's a really nice farm, a little over 450 acres total. Piles of deer, we really need to fill as many antlerless tags as we can this season.

Don’t put metal valve stem caps on your tires. Guess who has two appointments at Walmart tomorrow for valve stem replacements for two different vehicles.

What happens with the metal caps? Only thing I can think of is rust.
I'll make sure I'll stick with the rubber ones.

No rust but some type of corrosion that seized the caps to the stem threads. Headed to the shop to get them replaced with the first vehicle. Second appointment with my truck at 6.

P0236 code on my truck this morning. Turbo sensor issues. Changed out the MAP sensors. Seems good now. Murphy is coming for me hard 4 days from moving.

I know about that. Seems the more things you have the more the more problems you have. I've been building a garage this summer mostly by myself. Kids and grandkids helped with the rafters and putting metal on the roof. Using the skid steer with platform on the forks to work on it, hydraulic charge light and buzzer is coming on. Had same problem a month ago, put new filters and new sensor on it. That fixed the problem, now same thing again. Think I'll sell a couple old tractors and skid steer and get one of those smaller compact tractors. I'm tired of fixing them.

Season starts here Sat. Temps are going to be warm 70's and 80's. Sometimes early season the bugs are still bad, and it gets the deer moving early in the evening. So, we'll see what happens.

I hate vehicles. Best of luck with fixing it up. I'll knocking some beer back on my new front porch. Damn antibiotics for an ear infection have had me out of the beer world for two weeks by Saturday. Shoot a big one.
