I'm not to picky with the name... I like Bone Heads suggestion and I also like six shooters...

I have one more idea that popped into my head.... Team Broadhead Brotherhood

Got over to the lease this morning to checkout the crops. What i thought was stunted corn ended up being Sorgum. Any of you ever hunt around it? I'm surrounded by cornfields and beans, but the bottom field along the river looks like this. Just wondering if the deer will use it. Hung a cell cam on a historical scrape while I was there. Heading back tomorrow to setup some ground blinds.

I haven’t ever hunted around that stuff. Curious how it will turn out for the deer though.

Had intentions of putting in 2 ground blinds this morning . Only got one in. Fallen tree was on the spot I wanted put the second one. I'll wait and let the deer show me where to put the other one now before getting it in.

Had this doe watering at the lake when I pulled into park.

Camera I hung yesterday had this dude on it last night.

Guys.. if i don't hear a different choice for team names by next week I'll submit I've Got Your Six, and let Chief know I'll be captain for our team.

This got me fired up. These deer are 20 yards from the ground blind in put in yesterday.

I really don’t care what we call ourselves. Personally, Ive begun to feel that we should just be “Team #” by default. The names are corny.

Ended up having a new job fall in my lap. Just a one mile commute from the new house. I’ll be leaving Plano and Pure Fishing after four years. Gonna miss the discounts.

New job is Monday- Thursday ten hour shifts. That just means fridays are free to hunt. Can’t beat it. Pay raise, great schedule, and just around the corner.

Still haven’t pulled my bow back. Been nursing what I believe is a rotator cuff injury. Nervous to pull it back. I think it’s better. Just afraid to even try.

Thank you. I’ll keep everyone posted on if I can pull it back. Otherwise I may have to seriously consider a crossbow.

My hunting season officially starts in the morning. Dove season opener in the morning!!! Ready to have some dove poppers and to get this 2025 season underway!

My camera's have been slow these past few days.. Don't know what that's all about! Hopefully they start to pick up in the next week or two.

I don't care what we call ourselves. Bone Head, whatever name you pick I'm good with it, buddy!

I'd be excited to! Herd of deer moving in daylight with two good bucks.
