Just a heads up, I will not have the time to manage the team as leader. I am moving 3 hours south of my current residence. The sale of my home will not close until the 3rd of October. I will obviously be getting my sold house packed, moved and unpacked. There will be plenty to do in the new house to get it in order before any dust settles.

Here for the party! Chris from OH and also hunting IL again this year. This looks to be a pretty solid team!

 

Making the 8 hr drive to our IL property this Friday to get stands checked and cameras hung. Our large farm is planted with beans and smaller farm is planted with corn this year. Farm manager said this is one of the best growing season's they have had for a few years. Once harvested, both farms will have wheat drilled in.

 

Those in Illinois... Where are you at?

 

I plan on going to my lease this week to setup a couple ground blinds and hang some cell cams. I've got some scrape sites they use year after year that I hang cell cams on.

 

I got most of my stands hung only a few more to go and some public property to look at.

What's up folks!

Checking in from Louisiana. Going to be a bit of an unusual season for me this year since my wife and I are expecting our second child in less than a week! Either way, I will get out there and should be able to get some points on the board for the team

 

Just need Robert Lowe and Rjart12pt to check in.

Anybody want to volunteer for team captain? James (jgaudiojr) is way too busy, and I don't want it. I'm old and make too many mistakes.

Any ideas for team name?

 

Pike Co., around the Summer Hill-Pittsfield area.

 

I will do it if no one else wants to. Being a retired old fart i have the time. Having said that I've been captain for several teams over the years and the main headache of it is when team members go missing from our thread. Staying active and checking in regularly makes the contest so much more fun and easier to manage as captain.

 

If you want to be captain, you have my vote!

 

As of right now, this is my #1 target for 2025. I'm having to post in video form due to camera positioning so here's the link if you want to see what he looks like.
