UMMMMMMM slight error deadeyehawkins is not on our team! I have no idea why he posted those here but I went to the original team post http://forums.bowhunting.com/showthread.php?30776-Official-Teams-and-SCORECARD-for-2012-Shed-Contest and double checked! No offence but the capt should know who is on his team! :poke:

Excuse me for that error... id imagine only people who belong to the team would post here.... anyways, looks like were down to five sheds. This morning I saw a 150" 3 year old so looks like some of these bucks are holding on still. Good luck guys.

I went out this past weekend, I was unable to find any sheds. A lot of deer sign and made a few new spots for next year but with this whacky weather they dont wanna shed.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this but you might want to think about what you say! Don't jump to conclusions about people not caring about the team! As team CAPT I would expect more tact out of someone that is supposed to be the leader! Some people have JOBS, FAMILY, and other commitments to deal with Prior to shed hunting!

Ok I may have came off a bit harsh and I apologies for that but my stress level has been very high lately. But on a serious note as a team leader it is not the best to assume that you team don't care! I'm not sure if you have any leadership experience but if you do it don't show. The comment you made was not cool. In my experience it is a good way to have your team turn on you. To be honest I was going to just say forget this and leave the team! If you are new to this please just take this as a learning experience and know its NEVER good to bash a group of people your depending on! I have managed everything from an engine crew on my FD to a division of a corporation when i was 19. I have learned alot over the years and what you did weather or not you intended it to be a joke or not is a good way to get yourself in a bind.

In all seriousness, I was joking. I wasnt expecting you to take this as an offense. Is it illegal to joke around on this forum?

Nobody said it was illegal to joke! Did you read my last post? Yes at first I took offence and I was apologetic for that. Like I said I have been very stressed and on edge. I was then offering you some advise on what you said and if you take it then great and it will help you. But if not well that's your choice. Tact can go a long way when you are a leader. Knowing what to say and what not to in situations can prevent many problems. Like I said in my last post this comes from years of leadership experience and it is just advise.
