    You guys have no chance.

Timmy will be taking pictures of sad, broken antlers that he picked up on roadkills... Troy will be taking credit for all the sheds that the boys find...

Meanwhile, Rybo and I will be picking up every shed in the entire Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In fact, I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that we find every single shed in the entire state.

I should make note that while I just proclaimed our team as the greatest in the history of the world- it's likely I will only serve as the world's greatest cheerleader.

I'll put in 30+ hours this year hopefully, and its me and my brother's goal to acheive 100 miles between the two of us during the shedding season (could be 50,50 .. 99,1 ... 67, 33) so I'll be putting the time in.. It just seems like the bucks disappear of our property this time of year.

It'll be fun though, first time out should be this week sometime.

56" from last weekend. No field photo as I was trying to track a buck when I found it.

Hey team, looks like we got a good one here. I'll be doing most of my seaching at work in and around my golf coarse, but right now everything is under a foot of snow. I'm really hoping to find a set off a buck I saw locked down w/ a doe back in mid Nov. He was very heavy and looked to be 160" ish, more likely bigger. We'll see:)

Team name and logo yet? Any ideas?

Me and finding sheds Is a sentence that don't get used all too often together. Every year I put In a good 40 hours of shed looking but usually never find what I'm looking for. I've said It before on here and on other hunting forums, the bucks seem to leave the woods I hunt and go else where this time of year. This year though things I believe are going to be different. Reason I say this Is we got snow early (lots of It) and the deer seemed to group up early here and so far they've stuck around. My brother planted a small acre piece of corn not far from his house this spring and the deer are hitting It hard. For those who don't know my brother has a house that borders the woods I hunt. So far according to the trail cams we've got 4 different bucks (nothing over 100 Inches though) hitting this corn right now. Trail cams don't get all the deer so I'm sure a few more bucks could be In there as well. So far everything we've seen on the trail cams hasn't shed anything yet In this woods. My brother did get a pic from another woods he hunts where a buck had already shedded his antlers.

Haven't got a pic of my big boy since December 19th, them are the sheds I want and If there all I find this year I'll be one happy SOB!!

Yesterday while picking up milk on the milk route I found 2 more spots on state land that I also want to check for sheds. Looks like right around 70 acres of corn got left In and that corn borders a bunch of state land. The cow paths are huge from what I could see from the road when I drove by. I plan on checking that out In a couple weeks to give the bucks some more time to drop.

It's about time you showed up. I was worried you fell off a darn mountain or something. You better have been looking for sheds while you were sick. It would have been a waste of sick days off from work if you stayed home !!! LOL Seriously I hope you are feeling better.

Did the buck drop by the house yet ?? Pretty quiet here other then the 4-wheeling idiot is already roaring around pushing the deer around. I really wished that had an open beating season on idiots... he would be at the top of my list !!! I've never met a stupider idiot then him when it comes to hunting or shedhunting and I have met a lot of stupid slob hunters in my day. His idea of scouting is driving around sloughs or busting through sloughs with his 4-wheeler to kick up bucks to see if they are still carrying. He does the same thing when scouting for bowhunting. Then he wonders why he doesn't find sheds or see bucks while he is hunting. He has permission for our best area and by the time he is done... he will pretty much ruin it for all of us. What a damned idiot. Sorry about the rant but I've been torgue about it for a few days now and he is going to be back this weekend for some more 4-wheeling shed hunting.

Anyways... good luck shedhunting bud !!!

    Tim
