checking in! our season here in Vermont stats oct 1. I wont be putting any super scorable horn in from Vermont because that doesnt exist, but I will be hunting Missouri oct 28th-nov 4th, and possibly trying to hit some public land in either MO or Ohio on the way to or from. good luck
I'll mostly be hunting the 30 ac. that I live on here in central Indiana. It has 15 ac. of woods and about 13 ac. of crops that I rent to the farmer next door. I have always had good deer activity, especially on corn years (this is corn year). There are also 2 creeks on the property. Also, I will be hunting one time up in northern Indiana in a county that is famous for producing big bucks. I started bowhunting last year and never drew on a deer, but I had no idea what I was doing. In the past 9 months, I've immersed myself into learning the ins and outs. I have 3 stand sets prepared and ready. Also, last year, I definately wore out my welcome in my woods by overhunting. This year, I will be picking my moments. Can't wait for opening day--Oct. 1. I hope to contribute. Included are a couple of pics that I got last months. It's wierd, I've got this bachelor group that cruises through about twice a week between the hours of 12 and 1pm, even when it's 90+ degrees out. Not complaining. Also, I shoot a Mission Elimnator II set at 70/30. Good luck everybody.

Antler Eater reporting for duty. I have been in Colorado chasing elk for the last week. I didn't bring one home so I will be going back for two more weeks on the 13th. I have been too busy to get any "intel" on the bucks in my hunting area. Hopefully there will be some respectable ones cruising by in November. I am looking forward to hearing everyones stories and looking at all of the pictures.
Hey Fellas. Sorry on the late check in, just getting settled with getting to school and classes starting. I am from MN but am at school in Iowa with full residency so I get to hunt this beautiful state. Just picked up 3 new farms today actually so things are looking up.
Ok so now all that is left to check in is NebBowhunter and Pse Buck Killer. Looks like were off to a good start fellas.
