50 pts for the good guys!
Almost had it last night, a doe came in to the base of my tree for 5-10 mins & walked away without ever giving me a shot. Occasionally they cheat death like that ;)

The doe that came in to 7 yds this morning wasn't so lucky. I'll get pix up maybe tonight, or sometime this weekend.

Ive been out 2 more times guys, seen a TON of gobblers, a bunch of fawns and a few mature does. I took a 30 yard shot at one Monday but my arrow clipped a limb in the low light. She got away unharmed.

    Plenty of time left.

Can I get extra points for calling my own shot last night?!?!

I had one of those feelings last night after looking at the weather. By far the biggest doe I've killed. The pictures don't do her justice. For reference, that's a 38" bow, probably 43-44" at it's longest point. Now for some antler!

Congrats on the does to all that shot one.

I wish I could contribute a doe as well but I hunt in a zone where only one deer is allowed this year.

Heading back out for the evening hunt in a few minutes, were gonna set up along a standing cornfield on the edge of a thick bedding area. Should be a great night the temps are low and the storm front is moving in. Hopefully well catch a shooter on his feet before we loose camera light.

Passed on a mid 120" buck this morning i was filming myself he came in perfect i could of shot him two times but he just wasnt what im looking for this season. The video footage of him was awesome after he passed by i rewound the tape and watched it in the stand, just need his daddy to walk by and do the same thing.

Had a doe, 4 fawns and a little 1.5 year old buck in range last night. The doe would have got the shaft but she went through my shooting window to quick for me to turn and draw without being noticed. Same doe i missed last week. Shes running out of lives.

Not huge but he'll go up on the score board. I'm proud of him since he was a public land buck.
