Well nothing for me today, I did more property maintenance than shed hunting. I'm far from done though!

Awesome as it laid pic and I'm guessing 132 5/8" on the dead head.

 

Put a tape to the dead head and got 135 5/8.

Looks like he was a 3yo. Pretty sure he died last year. My mom had pics of him behind her house bedded with a doe on Halloween in 2015.

I couldn't believe how perfect shape the skull was. Had every bit of the nose bone and nothing was broken. Seems really odd especially since there wasn't any spine or any other bone near the head.

 

Looks like crick won!

 

Trip to Jamaica ??? Lol I have scored a lot of heads and sheds, I can usually get fairly close. It's a beauty of a rack!

 

Got out for a few hours today. Found 2. First one was old. Not much left. The second one was a fresh 4 PT. Saw one little buck that still had both sides.

 

Went out shed hunting with a buddy this weekend but came up short. Hopefully can make it out a few more times before we start dedicating our time to TSI work.

I spent three days walking over 800 acres and didn't find one antler! Talk about a disappointment. Checked cams and bucks are still carrying...WTF???
