You the man! Shane is still asleep, he'll be stoked when he finally comes to and gives us an update on where he is hunting this year
I posted the story on the LFTS thread for you guys that want here how the evening transpired. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
I'm stepping to the plate, have to wait 3 weeks to be legal though. This team is going places, said it from the get go. We will be there in the end, and by there I mean atop the standings.
Missed a raghorn bull tonight. Bull was at 55 (which I've practiced a lot at) but he was alert to my presence and jumped the string really badly. Put in about 60 miles for the opportunity and have to head home now. Kinda bummed, but I'm happy it almost worked out! Next year I'll get one. On to mule deer next weekend! That stinks, but the experience is part of the adventure. Looking forward to see what you do with the mule deer! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Holding you to that Telling ya, this team is a sleeper. Seen it from day one and will stand by it to last chance. Not arrogance, just spending years on the forum and knowing potential.
I'll post up some teaser videos for what I've seen scouting and some from the past years. Should be a fun season! Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
Hey positive thinking is never a bad thing. I fight to the end every season. Can't wait til the rest of your guys seasons start, this is going to be fun! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Not a bad thing by any means. I'll go down with the ship, but we are the team to beat this year. Mark my words here and now. From post 1 to post 5 I have stated it and now closing in on post 200 I reiterate it, we cannot be stopped. An active team is the best thing for a season push. We will be there in the end.
My body is feeling it this morning! That drag was a little much. Going to have to figure a better way to get deer out. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Get a pack and quarter them! It's a life-changer. Only way to do it. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
I had my pack frame in the truck, but I didn't want to make a 2 mile round trip back to get it. Me being stubborn just put everything on my back. I did put her on my shoulder for about 150 yards, but that was wearing me out! I just didn't want to make 2 trip and now I'm paying for it. I might need to just bring the pack frame with me and leave at the base of tree during hunts. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
congrats holt!!! other teams are starting to take notice to what kind of team we have. now time to pour it on. we all must kill a doe to win. that's the key to winning. we all need to stay on offense.
Thanks Terry! Yes the does are key. It's a easy 50 points that is hard to pass up Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
Thank you it was fun to be hunting again. Nice to knock the rust off with a doe. Confidence is high! Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
